I develop strategies that drive sustainable growth and move organisations forward. I believe that value is about making things meaningful for others. I work for clients that value the power of sensemaking.
I specialise in helping our clients to understand their ambitions and define their direction. I look at the present, envision something new and develop inspiring approaches to finding, understanding and delivering my client’s core story through leadership and cultural alignment.
